You can choose where we'll ship your package for your convenience and the ultimate security for your purchase.
Ship to Your Door
You can have your package shipped directly to you.
If you're shipping to a street address, we'll use UPS.
Delivery to a PO Box or an APO/FPO/DPO address will be by the US Postal Service via Priority Mail, though APO/FPO/DPO addresses may also go through the Military Postal Service (which will increase shipping time).
For your security, merchandise orders over $1,000 will only be shipped to the billing address for the method of payment you choose. Any order of $1000 or over needs an adult signature.

We'll send you an email - and a text if you choose that option - with your tracking number and estimated arrival date. You can also check the progress by clicking on the appropriate link below, or use the tracking number on your chosen carrier's website.

FedEx International Priority
Time-definite, customs-cleared, door-to-door to more than 200 countries, typically delivery in 3 to 4 business days to thousands of U.S. or European destinations. You can track your package online to its destination right here:
UPS Worldwide (Recommended)
Delivery within 3 to 4 business days to all European countries, most addresses in the United States and all major cities worldwide. You will receive the tracking number for your package by e-mail and be able to track it online from the drop-off location all the way to your doorstep at the UPS website:
Estimated Arrival Date
While we want to be as accurate as possible when calculating the estimated arrival date for your purchase, there are some factors that may cause that to change:
Delays in credit approval
Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
APO/FPO/DPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA) pages, in the Shopping Bag, throughout the Checkout process, and in the Order Confirmation.
The Estimated Arrival Date DOES take the following into account:
Items shipped from different locations on different days.
Shipping method you selected in checkout.
NOTE: The Estimated Arrival Date on individual product pages will default to ground shipping or any shipping promotions current at the time of the order. Selecting alternate shipping methods may change the Estimated Arrival Date. You may also have multiple Estimated Arrival Dates within one order or several items.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are committed to guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase you make from Rochè Jewelers. If you're not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right. You can return or exchange your item within 7 days upon receiving your purchase. Please notify us as quickly as possible if any of the following issues arises:
1. If you find any defects on an item(s) caused by production or packaging.
2. If you received an item you did not order.
3. If you received an item(s) with the incorrect size, color, diameter or length.
Please, do not send the item(s) back to us before notifying us. Please email us and attach a photo of the item(s) and wait for our reply.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), Rochè Jewelers will refund you 100% of the returned item(s) value. All refunds will be handled via the same payment channel you used when you purchased that item(s) or, if you wish, we will provide you with store credit on your next order. We do not charge restocking fees of any kind.
We are confident of the quality of the jewelry offered on this website and the service we provide. Therefore, we will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return, if a mistake was caused by Rochè Jewelers. We are not responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
